Easy Juice Recipe: Apple, Lemon, Ginger
This easy juice recipe is kind of a nostalgic one for me. It was the first fresh juice I ever drank - and it is still one of my all-time favorites to this day!
A good friend of mine used to make me this juice in the morning before we would have breakfast. This was at a time in my life when McDonald's paper-wrappers filled the floorboards of my Mustang. Little did I know what an amazing gift I was being given every morning! I should have been picking that person's brain everyday for other little health nuggets! At least the good memories lasted long enough that once I found my own healthy path, I remembered the combo and tried it out for myself.
I love the taste of this juice with it's different mix of flavors; the sweet apple, tart lemon, and spicy ginger make for one amazing easy juice recipe! - 2 apples, I like Pink Lady but try all different kinds out for variation

It helps you get rid of toxins and aids your immune system. Ginger juice is great if you are pregnant for treating the ever-present morning sickness and also is good for motion sickness. It is widely used in Chinese medicine for a number of different health issues, including but not limited to; cataracts, heart disease, migraines, stroke, colds, chronic fatigue, flu, coughs, depression, dizziness, fever, infertility, kidney stones, sciatica, and viral infections.
I personally love adding ginger juice in my juices because it makes the vegetable juice taste much more lively! Veggie juice is a little dull to me, but ginger gives it that little kick that really makes it quite tasty!
And of course, an apple a day keeps the doctor away :) so all in all, this little juice is one big healthy drink!
